Buachaille Etive Mor
End of October 2017 I went to Scotland with Jeroen Scheffers, Ton van Wouwe and Jelle de Jong. First part of the trip was to the Western Highlands, to be specific, to Glencoe.
This famous valley is a real gem for Landscape photographers. So we brought our camera gear, our tripods, our filters and hoped for good weather or at least, weather in which we would be able to make pictures. Fortunately, our dreams came true. Apart from some showers, occasional drizzle and a gale which was not as bad as it was predicted, we had enough dry moments to give it a try.
Loch Leven
We stayed in a luxurious caravan at Caolasnacon Caravan and Camping Park, close to Kinlochleven. That was a good basecamp for exploring the different highlights of Glencoe. One of the most famous highlights is the waterfall at Glen Etive, the so-called Buchaille Etive Mor.

In may parts of Glencoe and the rest of the Western Highlands we saw a good number of Red Deer.
